Twelve connected areas of the platform - each one built around a single idea: the fastest safe path from a scan on the machine to a report in the patient’s hand.
Staff open DIDP to a live picture of the day: what is waiting, what is in progress, what is ready to publish and what has already reached patients.

Lab assistants register patients in seconds and reopen returning patients instead of re-typing them. Duplicate detection on mobile and email keeps the record clean from the start.
One visit can carry several scan types. Each investigation tracks its own requesting doctor, body part and clinical history, and moves through the same four states so nobody has to ask where a case stands.
Every investigation carries one of four states, visible everywhere the study appears - dashboard, patient profile, report list and audit trail.
Filter and search across studies by date, status and modality.
Multi-file drag-and-drop upload against a specific study, with resume for interrupted transfers and checksum verification so nothing arrives silently corrupted.
On the Pro plan this screen is optional. PACS integration pulls studies automatically, so staff never touch a file. See Pro
or browse from your computer
Browse filesThe imaging workspace is dark and quiet so the images carry the attention. The tool set changes with the role: everything a clinician needs to read a study, and nothing a patient could misread.
Reports are structured text with medical workflow built in: templates per modality, prior reports for the same patient and body part, drafts that never block the queue, and a version for every save.
42-year-old male with recurrent headache and transient visual disturbance. No prior imaging on record.
Multiplanar, multisequence MRI of the brain performed without contrast. Axial T1, T2, FLAIR and DWI sequences acquired.
Normal grey-white matter differentiation. A 18.4 mm T2 hyperintense focus in the right frontal subcortical white matter. Ventricular system normal in size and configuration. No midline shift, mass effect or restricted diffusion.
Solitary non-specific white matter focus. No acute intracranial abnormality demonstrated.
Clinical correlation advised. Follow-up MRI in six months if symptoms persist.
Please confirm the right frontal focus measurement before I lock the report.
Measurement agrees with my read. Good to publish.
Any staff member can share a study or report with any colleague in one click - no email chains, no external messaging tools, no permission requests.
Doctors open the images, annotate, review the drafted report and either request corrections inline or sign it off. Approval is the most prominent action on the screen - and it always confirms first.
Open the full DICOM viewer, compare series, measure and annotate. Clinical notes guide whoever writes the report.
Compare the drafted text against the annotations, then request corrections inline or approve.
Approval records the signing doctor, the exact report version, the timestamp and the device.
On the Pro plan, only the portal manager can publish - and only after a doctor has approved.
Approving locks report v3 for Aarav Mehta · MRI Brain and records your digital signature in the audit chain.
I have reviewed the images and confirm the report content is correct.Patients arrive from a WhatsApp or email link, verify with an OTP and land on one screen: their reports. No administrative menus, no jargon, no account to create.
Patient access is a time-limited, token-authenticated link verified by mobile OTP. There is no password-based registration to forget, and staff control how long each link stays valid.
Publishing fires the delivery pipeline immediately. Staff see exactly what went out, on which channel, and what the patient has done with it.
Expiry is configurable per link. Staff decide how long patient access remains active, and every share, view and download is written to the audit trail.
Logins, report versions, uploads, shares and downloads are recorded with user identity, timestamp, IP address and device. Logs are immutable and exportable to CSV for compliance and investigations.

All platform data sits in a redundant, encrypted cloud environment, with retention policies and access logging applied at the storage layer.
Series are stored in native format and never re-compressed. Web preview images are generated separately for the browser viewer.
AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit, with JWT-based staff sessions and time-limited tokens for patient links.
A configurable retention period with a 7-year default, plus a metadata index that keeps search fast across patient, date, study and modality.
We will show the modules that matter for your modalities and staff size, and map out what deployment looks like on your side.
